Do you provide linen/towels?

Yes! We make packing slightly easier by providing our guests with bed linens and bath towels.

Do you provide beach towels/toys/chairs?

No. we do not provide beach towels, toys, or chairs. Service such as Ike's will deliver these items upon request.

Is a grill provided?

Yes, a charcoal grill is provided at each of our properties.

Can we have a bonfire on the beach?

No. Bonfires on the beach are prohibited by city ordinance.

How do I pay?

In order to secure your house, 25% of the total balance is due at reservation by credit card. Full payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival by check.

Do you have a pet deposit, and how much is it?

We require a $300 pet deposit if bringing your furry friends.

How old do you have to be to book a property?

You must be at least 25 years old to book one of our properties.

Do you offer any deals?

Yes! If you book 7 consecutive nights, you will get the 7th night free!

What time is check in/check out?

Check in time is 4:00pm, although we do our best to get guests in earlier if conditions permit. Check out time is 10:00am.

How do I get keys to my rental?

We do not have keys for rentals. For your convenience, we utilize door codes. You door code will be provided to you via text message on the day of your arrival.

Where do we park?

We provide our guests with ample parking. Our 4 bedroom homes reserve four (4) parking spots, while our 8 bedroom homes can have up to six (6) parking spots. There is covered and uncovered parking for each house.
